We are committed to ensuring the delivery of your order. In the event of loss or misplacement of the product before delivery, we will take responsibility and either refund the full amount or send a new product.

Delivery Care

Recipient Absent:
If the recipient is absent, Royal Mail will make three delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the customer will have up to 10 days to collect the product from the nearest distribution centre, subject to availability. If the product is not collected, it will be returned to the sender, which may take up to 60 working days.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address:
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct address. Incorrect or incomplete addresses will result in the package being returned to the sender without the usual three delivery attempts. In such cases, the customer must place a new order for reshipment. Refunds will not be possible due to errors in providing the address.

High-Risk or Hard-to-Access Addresses:
For high-risk or hard-to-access addresses, the product may be redirected to the Royal Mail unit closest to the recipient’s postcode for collection.

Shipping Types and Timeframes

International Shipping:
Our products are shipped via international transport. Upon arrival in the United Kingdom, delivery is carried out by Royal Mail. We offer two shipping options:

  • Free Shipping: Delivery timeframe of 7 to 20 working days.

  • Express Shipping: Up to 7 times faster than Free Shipping, with a delivery timeframe of 5 to 16 working days.

Delays and Refunds
If the delivery timeframe is exceeded, we will generate an alert and wait an additional 10 days. If the product does not arrive within this extra period, the customer may request a full refund.

Tracking Code

Availability:
As this is an international order, the tracking code is generated a few days after dispatch. The timeframe for the availability of the tracking code is up to 7 working days.
