General Considerations for Refunds

  1. Initial Contact
    Before requesting a refund, please contact Customer Service at the email soporteraveen@gmail.com, providing your order number. The refund will only be processed after this initial contact.

  2. Return and Refund Process
    The customer may request a refund of the amount paid. To do so, the product must be returned in accordance with the established conditions, and the refund will be issued after the returned product has been inspected. Once the right to a refund is confirmed, the amount will be refunded within up to 14 calendar days.

  3. Refund Method
    The refund will be made using the original method of payment. If the 14-day period is exceeded, the refund will be made via bank transfer, using the details provided by the customer to support.

  4. Defective Product After 7 Days
    If a defect is identified in the product after 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, the situation will be subject to the Warranty Period, in accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. The customer must follow the warranty guidelines to obtain a replacement or refund.
