General Considerations

Before making any return, please contact our Customer Service at raveenunitedkingdom@gmail.com, providing your order number. Only after this contact will the return be processed.

You must complete an exchange and return form to proceed with the process.

Shipping Cost: If the return is due to an error by Raveen (such as sending the wrong product or discrepancies in specifications), the shipping cost will be refunded. Initially, the customer will cover the shipping, and Raveen will reimburse the amount after confirming the error, in the form of credits for future purchases.

Exchange or Return for Dissatisfaction, Regret, Withdrawal, or Wrong Product

If you are not satisfied, regret your purchase, decide to withdraw, or received the wrong product, you have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Conditions for Exchanges or Returns:

  • The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use or washing, with the original tags, and accompanied by the receipt or invoice.

  • Attach a detailed explanatory note describing the reason for the return, which will help us improve our products and services.

  • Free gifts are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

Analysis and Refund:

  • Once the returned product is received, an analysis of its condition will be carried out.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within up to 14 calendar days.

  • The refund will be made using the same original payment method or, if preferred, by bank transfer, which must be informed to our support team.

Exchange for Product Defect

If the product has a defect, contact our support within 7 calendar days after delivery to receive instructions on the analysis process. If the defect is confirmed, you may request an exchange or refund.

Conditions for Exchanges due to Defect:

  • The product must be in perfect condition, not misused, not washed, with the original tags, and accompanied by the receipt or invoice.

  • Provide a detailed report explaining the identified defect so that we can improve our products.

Replacement Period:
The defective product will be replaced within up to 30 calendar days after its receipt and analysis by Raveen.
If the product is no longer available in stock, the customer may choose another product, covering any price difference if applicable.

Refund:
If you prefer a refund, the amount will be returned within up to 14 calendar days. If this period is exceeded, the refund will be made by bank transfer after providing the necessary details to our support.

Warranty Exclusion:
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for damage caused by misuse or improper wear of the product. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer without prior notice.

Warranty Period
If the defect is detected after 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, the product warranty will apply as established in the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, subject to the manufacturer’s and Raveen’s rules.
